0.5 lb. Fresh Eastern White Pine needles. Picked to order from the Wild Branch Valley Farm in northern Vermont. We are a VOF certified organic farm in Craftsbury, but we also manage about 120 acres of forest that is home to hundreds of white pine trees.
Make tea by steeping leaves in hot water (do not boil), or in hot turkey tail tea. 5 grams per 8 oz.
