8 lbs. of certified organic grain spawn. Made with organic barley supplemented with 0.5 lbs. pulverized dolomitic limestone, 0.25 lbs. powdered gypsum and 0.5 lbs. sawdust. All of which is OMRI certified.
This is enough to inoculate one 40 lb. bag of hardwood pellets, which makes about 90 lb. substrate, which can yield 3 to 6 lbs. dry mushrooms.
